ITC Employment Guidelines

Key policies and expectations for ITC staff include:

Standard Business Hours: ITC's core business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some offices may close for lunch.

Support Outside Standard Hours: ITC provides support beyond regular business hours for systems critical to the institution.

Staff Work Schedules: To maintain service coverage, staff schedules typically fall between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Individual schedules are set at the manager's discretion. Some employees may be assigned to alternative shifts. A senior director may approve schedule exceptions to accommodate customer needs or enhance productivity.
